Lori’s Update: Fun with Grandsons

Football, baseball playoffs and pumpkin spice are all about our fall days now.  Our early September snowflakes were a reminder that winter is also just around the corner.  As our challenging year goes on, we hope you and your loved ones are doing well.

We were lucky enough to take advantage of some really cheap airfare and spend some time with our two grandsons, Tayvian and Lincoln, in Florida for a vacation.  It was a first plane trip for the 4 year old and to see something other than the fields of Wyoming!  The innocence of little ones is especially heartwarming in these days.  Lincoln was especially interested in the gecko’s but wasn’t lucky enough to catch one, which we were especially happy about!  He also loved the beach and making sand castles.  Maybe his first roller coaster ride though he didn’t especially appreciate!  His older brother was a big help to Papa and Mema for this first trip!

We hope you have a chance to enjoy the fall colors and maybe get away to the mountains for a drive.

Happy fall,
